Over the last decade she has become a Certified Mental Health Ambassador (UDEMY), Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE Fitness), Pilates Apprentice (Club Pilates), and continues to educate herself on anti-racism, mental health, and physical health.

Kayla is a Kanaka Maoli Asian Womyn navigating this world through art, health, and wellness. She is an interdisciplinary artist and educator dedicated to inspiring others to journey through self-exploration and discovery. Highly influenced by the creative process, her work explores the intersectionality of personal storytelling and the world around us through writing, dialogue, and movement.
